Food at The Weston Hotel
Our Chef has been at the Weston for over ten years in which time he has developed a reputation for serving great traditional dishes.
Our meats are from Yorkshire farms and supplied to our specifications by one of Scarborough's finest butchers.
We buy first-class produce - subject to availability, eggs, vegetables, soft fruits and salad items are bought fresh from local suppliers. Even when we use frozen potato products, they're made in Scarborough (by McCains!).
We offer three Dinner courses - a choice of three Starters, Main Courses and Sweets followed by Coffee or Tea.
To ensure that your meals are timed to be presented at their best and with thought for those going to the Theatre or a Show (or to our own entertainment), dinner is served at 6.30pm.
All meals are served in our spacious and elegant Dining Room with windows looking out directly across the esplanade to magnificent sea views.
To set you up for the day ahead, for Breakfast we offer a range of popular Cereals, Porridge and Fruit Juices followed by a Traditional English Breakfast or Eggs however you like them - all accompanied by toast, preserves, tea and coffee. We serve breakfast between 8.30 and 9.00am.

- Steak in Chasseur Sauce
- Steak braised in mushrooms and onions in a red wine gravy

- A fillet of Cod poached and served witha light cheese sauce

- A crisp seasonal salad served with your choice of cold cuts, tuna or cheese
To help us prepare your salad please order at breakfast
All served with Chef's selection of fresh vegetables and potatoes
